In 2003 John Kelly founded the Carolina Home Improvement Center to be a CHIC Liquid Vinyl System dealer in North Carolina. After looking at several other "permanent coating" companies Mr. Kelly chose to represent CHIC Liquid Vinyl for several reasons. First, he would be dealing with and buying from the actual manufacturer rather than from a distributor who was private labeling some unknown manufacturer's product. Second, CHIC Liquid Vinyl Industries was founded in 1984 and been in business far longer than any of the other choices. Third, after a thorough nationwide research, Mr. Kelly could find only positive references to the CHIC Liquid Vinyl System and its manufacturing firm. Fourth, the factory warranty offered by CHIC was far superior to any offered by any other company.

Since its founding, Carolina Home Improvement Center has maintained both general liability and workman's comprehensive insurance. Also, it is an accredited Better Business Bureau member and maintains an A+ rating.

Carolina Home Improvement has installed CHIC Liquid Vinyl on nearly 350 residential and commercial structures since 2003.
